The European Commission has launched an interim evaluation of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 to analyse the strategy’s overall effectiveness and performance, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value. This evaluation will provide input for the Council of the EU’s mid-term review of the strategy.
The EU Youth Strategy for 2019-2027 aims to:
- encourage young people to participate in democratic life;
- support social and civic engagement;
- ensure that all young people have the resources they need to play an active part in society.
Public national, local, and regional authorities, businesses, civil society organisations, and individual citizens are invited to share their views by 21 October 2022 (midnight CEST).
